THE OFFICE
Our office is located in the medical professional building next to Advocate Illinois Masonic Hospital, on the corner of Halsted and Wellington. Inside, you will find a warm and inviting space, beautifully designed by Erin Armada of FreshCoast Home, with panoramic views of downtown Chicago.
Our goal is not only for you to receive the highest calibre of medical care, but for you to feel welcome in our office, as though you were friends and family. We are here to help and support you every step of the way.
INSURANCE COVERAGE
Dr. Shore is a participating provider with several insurance carriers, including Blue Cross Blue Shield. Please contact us if you have questions about your plan and our office.
NEW PATIENT APPOINTMENTS
New patient appointments are usually scheduled on Monday and Thursday afternoons. Office and surgery days may vary from week to week and around holidays.
